We were finally able to put our designs to use to host this ballerina party. It was a great success. Check out the photos -
This flower arrangement was a perfect frilly centerpiece and so easy to make. We just took some left over carnations that we had used for another design, snipped them so they were about 2 inches above our vase and then filled the empty spaces with tree fern. We also had some small votive style vases that had some coral colored carnations in them as well. These were placed around the base of the vase. Carnations are just an awesome flower – they smell good and they last forever!
Each girl received a tutu, ribbon wand, ballerina pin, and a cd with music to take home. They also were able to participate in a mini dance class. Clarissa actually taught the class and she enjoyed using her loved using her college degree!
