flower feature–craspedia (craspedia aurantia)

Craspedia :)

Ever since I saw these unique flowers at my cousin’s wedding years ago, I have loved them and have wanted to implement them into a lot of my designs.

Craspedia is in the daisy family if you can believe that and they are also known as Billy buttons. They originally come from New Zealand and Australia.

These little guys are great statement pieces in any design. They can even be tinted different colors! Craspedia is whimsical and fun. They can really lighten a mood, give depth because of their great texture, and make any design unique.
